Most of the vacuum hoses on a Subaru are standard sizes. You can replace them as needed, or as a preventative measure, with reinforced fuel line. Two exceptions are the brake booster hose and (I think) the PCV hose. The brake booster uses a molded hose, with two different end sizes.
