1,452 Posts. #9 • Mar 6, 2009. For the seat motors, in the original car the Orange/Green cable to each seat is fed from a 30 amp fuse, so a similar circuit (2 x 30amp) using suitable size cable for the feed and Earth would be best - the cigar lighter fuse is only 15 amps and the cables are thinner.
