The schematic diagram shows use of a PSX 4 circuit card, by DCC Specialties. It has outputs for power to four sections of track, each protected by a circuit breaker. Your DCC power connects to the input side of the card. Wiring of the PSX is shown in the manufacturer's manual, found at this link.
