got the amp research running boards, I contacted Amp. They did verify that the wiring in the new Tundra's had changed, including the OBD2 wiring but could not verify how to wire these boards up at that but if you actually look at the diagram in the instructions, pin 15 looks to be on the clip release side, which is toward the E-brake.
